A sturdy double stove for basecamp use, for use with hiking gas cartridges.
When you don’t need to carry your stove in a backpack or haul it in a sled, the Genesis Basecamp becomes an invaluable companion. With a 3-kilowatt power output, the 5-liter FluxPot is equipped with heat transfer fins, ensuring outstanding performance—especially in terms of fuel efficiency.
Opening the package reveals two burners, a 5-liter pot, and a 25 cm frying pan with a ceramic non-stick coating.
The manufacturer recommends the Genesis Basecamp stove for groups of 3 to 5 people, particularly for cooking beyond just boiling water.
The wide-based pot is also effective for melting snow, and propane performs better in cold conditions than butane-propane mixtures. The lowest operating temperature is specified as -6°C.
The stove is compatible with butane-propane and propane cartridges.
