This is the most extensive manual for Nordic skating. It offers reliable info, tested rules of thumb, and decades worth of tips. This book helps you enjoy skating safely.
The author, Mårten Ajne, spends 40 to 50 days every year flying on his skates and has experience of natural ice in different countries for more than 30 years. Henrik Trygg is one of the most renowned outdoor photographers and has been skating from the beginning of the 90’s.
This book has been edited for Finnish conditions in cooperation with Suomen Latu and Suomen Retkiluistelijat. The translation is guaranteed correct by an expert group of skaters from Suomen Retkiluistelijat.
