Products that have been labeled as a sustainable choice meet at least three of the five responsibility criteria. For this product, the following responsibility criteria are met:
- The amount of recycled and/or organic materials is significant.
- Environmentally harmful chemicals have been replaced by more environmentally friendly substances.
- Materials of animal origin (if used) have been certified i.e. by RDS.
- The manufacturer communicates its carbon footprint and is actively doing measures to reduce it.
- The product has been made in a country with strong human rights, or if the production is for example in Far east, the factories should be audited regularly by a third party.
