Designed by Harri Koskinen and built by Marttiini, this new Eräkokki (wilderness cook) series is both practical and beautiful. This is the fish fork / spike of the series, made for keeping your fish firmly in place when filleting. It can also be used for turning and handling foodstuff on the grill.
