Two popular destinations in Varsinais-Suomi, printed on waterproof material.
Take a hike in the national parks of Varsinais-Suomi and get to know the old factories, noble trees and marsh nature!
The outdoor map Teijo Kurjenrahka 1:20,000 covers the most popular camping destinations in Southwestern Finland on a more accurate scale than before. In addition to the two national parks (Teijo and Kurjenrahka), the double-sided map sheet contains maps of the Vaskijärvi nature park and other parts of the Kuhankuono hiking trail, all at the same scale of 1:20,000 (1 cm on the map is 200 m in terrain). The outdoor map is printed on water-resistant material. In the scenic area of Teijo in Salo, hikers’ routes and services are abundant and in good condition. In the region, old mansions and ironworks are valuable cultural and historical treasures. The map also includes the area of the Meri-Teijo tourist center.
The best features of Kurjenrahka National Park are the wide, open, natural swamp areas and long stretches of duckboards. The park, located in the Turku region, also has accessible routes and services. Kurjenrahka is easily accessible by public transport from Turku.
Kuhankuono’s 150 km hiking route goes north from Turku all the way to Ylänee. Its routes run through uniform forests, rocky terrains and oases. The route consists of connecting routes and ring routes, the Vajosuo hike, the Savojärvi circuit, the Rehtsuo route, the Pukkipalo route, the Pirunkirko path, the Kangenmieka circuit and the Vaskijärvi route will be shown on the map. The route descriptions were found on the website of the Kuhankuono hiking route.
The material of the map is completely waterproof and is enough to cover the fold, and it does not tear easily in normal map use. The properties are preserved even in cold and hot weather. The map is pleasant to the touch and efficiently printed on paper.
In addition to terrain information, routes and other camping services as well as places to eat and stay are marked on the map. Add ten sentences or experiences to the map from its area, and it will be written in Finnish and English on the border of the map. The edge of the map also has information about magnetic variation.
