Running cadence, ground contact time etc.
The Running dynamics sensor has a clip for attaching it to your running shorts waist. There it uses its accelerometer to monitor your bodys movement. The data is sent to your wrist unit.

- Ground contact time balance: how balanced the time is between your feet
- Stride length
- Vertical movement in centimeters
- Vertical/horizontal movement ratio: the smaller the vertical movement, the better your running technique usually is
