The gel inside these warmers starts producing heat when yo ubend the plate inside until it makes a clicking sound. This starts a chemical reaction that produces about 40 to 45 ºC for approximately one hour.
The gel is reset after each use by placing the heaters in boiling water for approx. 8 minutes.
