The Forerunner series has been refined even better. Sleep, recovery and training tracking features help keep the fitness curve on the rise. The watch’s pulse oximeter adds a new level to e.g. sleep monitoring.
By connecting the Forerunner to your smartphone, you can view training suggestions for the entire week, which are modified after each workout. Free adaptive training programs for running 5,000 and 10,000 meters and a half marathon are available.
Triathlon and multisport exercises make it easier to use the watch during training: you can switch between sports with one press.
