Craghoppers has changed the active ingredient in their insect-repellent clothing: they now use plant-based eucalyptus citriodora oil (biocide) as the active ingredient. It is milder than previously used active ingredients but helps prevent insects from landing and staying on the fabric surface. This shirt has the highest possible UV protection factor: UPF50. Additionally, its collar is designed so that when raised, it provides very good protection from the sun. The sleeves can be optionally rolled up and secured with buttoned tabs.
